Permanent Homes

WITHOUT SHELTER uses a Collaborative Housing Model to house the Street Vendors who meet the monthly gross sales quota ($2000), qualify for permanent housing placement. Street Vendors must maintain this quota per month to pay for their rent. Individuals who transition into housing live in a single room with a room-mate. The structures are duplexes or single family homes with existing landlords. WITHOUT SHELTER has established lease agreements with negotiated rental terms, with prices low enough to afford and maintain.

Grey House

Residents maintain the home and live together to build community. No resident is permitted to use drugs or alcohol on premises, which is meant to foster a safe living environment. All Street Vendors are required to maintain their sales quota on a monthly basis and if they fall behind, they are responsible for paying the difference. Rent is $700/month, per person.
